I’m a 24 year old track and road cyclist from Cardiff. I started cycling when I was 7 and I’ve been living in Manchester for the last six years, training full time on the British Cycling programme. I recently won a bronze medal in the team pursuit at the World Championships.

What are you looking forward to most in 2021: I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in to the UK races with the team, especially the Crits. Our 2021 Tour Series trip was a real highlight of my season last year. We all came together as a team and had a great time with some great results…same again please!
